Booking Your Retreat

Registration Pricing for this Goddess Tours Italy Retreat is based on double occupancy.  (Single occupancy is available upon inquiry.)

Our private apartments are located in a charming Bed & Breakfast run by our friends and long-time local family of Fiesole.  Three of the bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom (so you will be sharing with your roommate).  Two of the bedrooms share the fourth bathroom.  The bedroom doors open onto the main living, dining and kitchen areas.

Booking Private Sessions with Michele

Wouldn't it be absolutely fabulous to spend one-on-one time, during the retreat and amplifying your YOU TIME!  To dive deeper into releasing your blocks and aligning your energies to help clarify and attract your dreams?

To enhance your transformation, Michele will be available for private one-on-one sessions for:  Chakra Energy Clearing, Coaching, Sound Healing and AromaTouch Massage during the retreat.  Sessions are $95 USD.  

You may pre-book your session with Michele, or if there are sessions available, you may book at the retreat.  If pre-booking, please indicate the type of session you wish to experience, or note "Will Decide at the Retreat."

Booking Terms & Payment Policies

PAYMENT POLICY.  After a confirmation has been emailed to you, a courtesy hold requires payment within 5 business days to secure your reservation.  If we should have a wait list, a 24 hour courtesy hold will be offered.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY:  It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen.  So, please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservations.

If you cancel your trip, Goddess Tours Italy does not offer refunds for any reason.  A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat to be taken within two years of your original retreat date.  We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest.
Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply.
Fees are determined by the following schedule:

• If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat.
• If you cancel 60 – 89 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 25% of the price of your retreat.
• If you cancel 15 – 59 days before your retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat.
• If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.  We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.  You must submit your signed Participant Agreement form within one week of booking or 90 days prior to retreat start date, whichever comes first.  Guests who fail to do so may be subject to an automatic cancellation and the above policy will apply.

GODDESS TOURS ITALY CANCELLATION POLICY.  While we have never cancelled a retreat to date, if Goddess Tours Italy must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.
Goddess Tours Italy is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE:  To join the retreat, you must have proof of travel insurance.  Please be sure that your insurance policy also covers you for all relevant activities that you may be engaging in on the retreat and trip cancellation.  Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. 

Additionally, participants are responsible for their own health and accident insurance.  If you decline to purchase travel insurance, you are assuming any financial loss associated with your travel plans.

SCHEDULES / DELAYS:  All travel time is based on the best information and timetable available at the time the itinerary is confirmed.  It is expressly understood that Goddess Tours Italy and any affiliate, assignee, subcontractor, shall have no liability whatsoever regarding flight delays or cancellations, including, but not limited to, liability from damage relating to shortened vacation.  We cannot accept any responsibility for losses, cancellations or accidental expenses due to delays or changes in schedules by airlines, hotel, overbookings or defaults, sickness, strikes, war, riots, insurrections, acts of God, or other similar causes.  All such losses or expenses will be the sole responsibility of retreat participant.

GOOD COMMUNICATION.  ​​Please communicate any special needs with Goddess Tours Italy.  You will have access to a private Facebook page to connect with your Sister-Goddesses, discuss logistics, and get support from Goddess Tours Italy before and during the trip.

GOOD HEALTH AND PHYSICAL FITNESS.  Guests should be in good health and physically fit.  In Italy, we do a lot of walking on cobblestone streets and uneven ground.  There are also stairs and some hills to climb.  I ask everyone to begin the nurturing process even before you get on the plane. 

Take care of your travel plans well in advance, and ensure that you take care of as many life details as possible before you leave so that you can fully immerse yourself in the experience of being on retreat.

DEFINITIONS.
"Cancellation" is defined as not attending your scheduled retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.
"You" refers to the guest booking the retreat.
"We" refers to Goddess Tours Italy.

Traveling to Italy Requires a Passport

American citizens are not required to have a Visa to enter Italy if they plan on staying less than 90 days.  However, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your planned departure date.  

If you are traveling to Italy from another country and if you are not an American citizen, please check your requirements for traveling to Italy.
